Russia sees Kazakhstan as its biggest competitor on global flour market

MOSCOW. Sept 23 (Interfax) – Kazakhstan exports about 2 million tonnes of flour annually and is among Russia's main competitors on the global market, AgroExport head Ilya Ilyushin said.
