Tokayev nominates former Majilis speaker for People's Council chairman

ASTANA. Sept 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has nominated Yerlan Koshanov for chairman of the Khalyk Kenesi (People's Council), the presidential press service said Wednesday.
