Kazakh PM calls for further fuel market liberalization to spur refining investment

ASTANA. Sept 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov called for further liberalization of the fuel market to make oil refining more attractive to investors, his press service said Wednesday.
