Azerbaijan govt expects revenue from precious metal exports to jump 2.7-fold by 2031

BAKU. Sept 23 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan's government plans to raise export revenues from precious metals and copper 2.7-fold to AZN 1.6 billion ($941.1 million at the current exchange rate) by 2030 versus the 2025 figure, Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said on Tuesday at a meeting dedicated to the state program to develop the mining and metallurgical industry in 2027-2030.
