First session of Kazakhstan's People's Council set for Sept 23-24

ASTANA. Sept 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed an order convening the first session of the Kazakhstan Halyk Kenesi (People's Council) on Sept 23-24.
