Kazakhstan to ban converted right-hand-drive cars from taxi use

ASTANA. Sept 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan is drafting rules to ban the use of cars with steering converted from right to left in taxi services as part of efforts to improve road safety, Transport Minister Nurlan Sauranbayev said.
