Bektenov demands toughest measures against noisy nighttime drivers

ASTANA. Sept 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has instructed the Interior Ministry to toughen penalties for car and motorcycle drivers who disturb the peace at night.
