Fish processing plant under construction in East Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Sept 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has broken ground on a 2,000-tonne-per-year fish processing plant in East Kazakhstan region, the Agriculture Ministry said.
