ALMATY. May 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament adopted a constitutional law on the presidency in a joint session of the Mazhilis and Senate on Wednesday, consolidating the new architecture of state power ahead of the constitution's July 1 entry into force.
