MOSCOW. May 20 (Interfax) - An agreement has already been reached in principle to boost Russian oil transit to China via Kazakhstan from 10 to 12.5 million tonnes per year, and the legal formalization is currently underway, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
