MOSCOW. July 29 (Interfax) - Telegram founder Pavel Durov has been charged with facilitating terrorist activity, as the messenger's administration does not delete channels and bots used for coordinating terrorist attacks and acts of sabotage in Russia, the press service of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said in a statement on Wednesday.
