AIFC court allows Naftogaz to appeal ruling that blocked enforcement of $1.44 billion ICC award against Gazprom

ASTANA. Aug 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Court of Appeal of the Astana International Financial Centre has granted Ukraine's Naftogaz permission to appeal a lower court ruling that had blocked enforcement of a $1.44 billion International Chamber of Commerce arbitration award against Russia's Gazprom, according to a court decision.
