Samsung E&A eyes participation in new Kazakh refinery project

ASTANA. Sept 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov met with Samsung E&A President and CEO Hong Namkoong to discuss a project for the construction of an oil refining and petrochemical complex in Kazakhstan, the Energy Ministry said.
