ASTANA. May 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Construction of a waste-to-energy plant in Almaty will begin on May 29, with the facility expected to be commissioned within two years, the Kazakh government's press service said following a meeting between Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov and Dai Daoguo, chairman of Hunan Junxin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.
