Kazakh parliament passes amendments allowing “non-return capture” of stray dogs

ASTANA. May 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s parliament on Wednesday adopted amendments to legislation on the responsible treatment of animals after the Majilis, the lower house of parliament, agreed with revisions proposed by the Senate, the upper house.
