Kazakhstan's renewable energy output jumps 15% in first quarter

ALMATY. May 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan generated 2.3 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity from renewable sources in the first quarter of 2026, a 15% increase from the same period last year, the Energy Ministry said Wednesday.
