Ex-regional governor named Kazakhstan's first deputy prime minister

ASTANA. May 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Nurlybek Nalibayev, former governor of the Kyzylorda region, as first deputy prime minister, the presidential press service said Wednesday.
