Interagency commission to probe Kazzinc plant explosion that killed two

ALMATY. May 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - An interagency commission will investigate the cause of the explosion at the Kazzinc plant in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the East Kazakhstan region governor's office said.
