ASTANA. Feb 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — U.S.-based Cove Capital will invest at least $1.1 billion in a high-tech deep tungsten processing facility in Kazakhstan, according to the press service of Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
