Kazakhstan’s new Constitution to take effect July 1, 2026, if approved in referendum

ASTANA. Feb 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s new Constitution, if approved in a nationwide referendum, will enter into force on July 1, 2026, according to an updated draft of the Basic Law published in state media on Thursday.
