Russia to open its Consulate General in Kazakhstan's Aktau

MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Russia's Consulate General will open in Kazakhstan's Aktau, according to the relevant decree signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and published on the official legal information website on Wednesday.
