ASTANA. Feb 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A Stockholm arbitration tribunal has ruled in favor of Kazakhstan in a major cost dispute over the Karachaganak oil and gas field, with the state set to receive compensation estimated between $2 billion and $4 billion, the Kommersant newspaper reported Tuesday.
