ALMATY. Feb 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Oil production at Kazakhstan's giant Tengiz field resumed Saturday after a shutdown caused by a transformer fire, the country's Energy Ministry said. Output will be increased in phases as system stability and safety are ensured.
