Kazakh parliament passes law tightening controls on weapons

ASTANA. Jan 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Senate, the upper house of Kazakhstan’s parliament, adopted on Thursday amendments strengthening oversight of weapons circulation and tightening requirements for gun owners.
