ALMATY. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan expects production at its major Tengiz oil field to resume by the end of the week, Minister of Energy Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Wednesday, following a shutdown prompted by a transformer fire.
