ASTANA. Feb 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – British oil and gas giant Shell has adopted a "wait-and-see" approach to new investments in Kazakhstan due to a lack of alignment between joint venture partners and the government on key issues, its chief executive said Friday.
