Astana does not claim to be mediator in Ukrainian conflict but ready to provide platform for negotiations – Tokayev

ASTANA. Feb 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan does not claim the role of a mediator in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine but is ready, if necessary, to provide a platform for negotiations, stated President of the Republic Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
