Russia's Natural Resources Ministry alters deadlines for projects under 59 licenses on Arctic shelf, two licenses extended
MOSCOW. Dec 29 (Interfax) - The Natural Resources and Environment Ministry has altered the project deadlines for 59 licenses on the Arctic shelf, and two licenses have been extended, Natural Resources and Environment Minister Alexander Kozlov told Interfax in an interview.
