New U.S. national security strategy does not contain provisions expressing its position on parity of limitations on nuclear weapons - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. Dec 9 (Interfax) - The United States' new national security strategy does not contain provisions to make its position clear on the parity of quantitative limitations for nuclear weapons, while the provisions regarding the U.S. "Golden Dome" global missile defense system are hazy, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday.
