ASTANA. Dec 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Senate, the upper chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, has postponed its consideration of a bill introducing restrictions on the distribution of unlawful content, including a ban on what it terms “propaganda of non-traditional sexual orientation.”
