MOSCOW. Dec 2 (Interfax) - Discounts on Russian Urals oil in western Russian ports on FOB terms in November increased from $12.9-$12.6 per barrel in October to $20.1-$22.5 per barrel in November, discounts in Indian ports rose by $2.8 per barrel, ESPO became cheaper by $5 per barrel and the premium in China turned into a discount, according to data from the Argus agency reviewed by Interfax.
