ASTANA. Dec 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan plans to raise its oil refining capacity to 40 million tonnes a year by 2040 with the launch of a new large refinery, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Tuesday.
