Russia, Kazakhstan agree to develop long-term cooperation at Baikonur Cosmodrome

MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Russia and Kazakhstan intend to develop long-term cooperation at Baikonur Cosmodrome for peaceful use of space and for the creation of Kazakhstan's national space program., according to the text of the declaration on the transition of interstate relations between Russia and Kazakhstan to a level of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance, published on the Kremlin website.
