Kremlin says importance of new Kazakhstan-Russia partnership declaration “difficult to overstate”

MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) – The Kremlin considers the declaration on elevating Kazakhstan-Russia relations to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership to be of exceptional significance, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.
