Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister says joint training of personnel for defense plants is priority for CSTO countries


MOSCOW. Nov 10 (Interfax) - First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov chaired a meeting of the Interstate Commission on Military-Economic Cooperation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Astana, his secretariat said.
