Kazakh president gives PM 10 days to reform 'unsatisfactory' investment system

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Monday gave Kazakhstan's prime minister 10 days to develop specific proposals for overhauling what he called an "unsatisfactory" system for attracting foreign investment.
