Kazakh president calls for planning second and third nuclear power plants

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Monday that Kazakhstan should begin planning for its second and third nuclear power plants immediately, citing the need for stable economic growth.
