Kazakh foreign minister dismisses reports of his detention as 'absurd'

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu on Monday dismissed as "lies" and "absurd" media reports claiming he had been detained, calling the rumors possibly a case of "spring or autumn fever."
