Kazakhstan in talks with China for construction of two nuclear power plants

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is continuing negotiations with China on the potential construction of two nuclear power plants, the head of the country's atomic energy agency, Almasadam Satkaliyev, said Monday.
