MOSCOW. Sept 4 (Interfax) - Russian Emergency Situations Minister Alexander Kurenkov has been elected to chair the Emergency Coordination Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in 2026, the ministry's press service said in a statement.
