Lukashenko backs call for setting up SCO development bank to neutralize sanctions pressure


MINSK. Sept 1 (Interfax) - Belarus supports the call for setting up an independent financial institution of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to neutralize the sanctions pressure, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said.
