Digital Development Ministry denies information about ban on foreign messengers in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Aug 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan stated that no ban on the personal use of foreign messengers in Kazakhstan is being introduced.
