Shooter sentenced to nine years for attempted murder of Shymkent deputy mayor

ASTANA. Aug 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A Shymkent court has sentenced Yernar Zhiyembay to nine years in prison for the attempted murder of the city’s deputy mayor, Ruslan Berdenov, the press service of the Criminal Court of Shymkent reported Tuesday.
