Kazakh president seeks harsher penalties after attacks on medical workers

ALMATY. July 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed the government to draft amendments to national legislation to toughen penalties for assaults on healthcare workers, the presidential press service reported.
