Kazakh PM rules out fuel shortages

ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov on Tuesday dismissed concerns about potential fuel shortages in Kazakhstan, while announcing plans to double the capacity at Kazakhstan's Shymkent oil refinery by 2030.
