Former Defense Minister appointed as first deputy Security Council Secretary


ALMATY. June 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Former Kazakh Defense Minister Ruslan Zhaksylykov has been named first deputy secretary of the country’s Security Council, the presidential press service announced Monday.
