Tokayev signs law permitting seizure of agricultural, forest lands for reservoir construction

ASTANA. June 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed the law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts Concerning Forestry, Specially Protected Natural Areas, and Guaranteeing Obligations of Private Entrepreneurship Entities," as reported by the presidential press service.
