Tokayev instructs Administration, Security Council to identify shortcomings in law enforcement system

ASTANA. June 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed his Administration and the Security Council to analyze the work of law enforcement agencies within a week, identifying all shortcomings.
