MOSCOW. June 12 (Interfax) - Russia has no doubt that Kazakhstan remains committed to honoring its allied obligations within the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) even though it has signed a military cooperation plan with the United Kingdom, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
