ASTANA. April 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s National Scientific Center for Seismological Observations and Research (NSCSOR) has clarified information circulating in certain media outlets and social networks regarding an allegedly "predicted" destructive earthquake claimed to have been forecast by Chinese scientists, the press service of the republic’s Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) said.
